"Doesn't seem like 12 weeks but got here feeling better, looking better and feeling fitter having lost 24 lbs in weight and 6 inches off my waist. " Hi Mike When I started the VTS I had gained over a stone and a half in weight and was really unhappy in myself. After being naturally slim my whole life my confidence was low and I didn't have any motivation. I also had anxiety and insomnia. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to incorporate the programme into my already busy life, as a single mum working full time. "Just wanna say a massive thanks to Mike, after initially getting in touch about the Lite programme we both spoke and decided to go for the 6 week programme first. I told him I have quite a busy work schedule and he did me a programme what fits perfectly around it - both training and nutrition wise. It just goes to show you can live a busy life and still go about it in a healthy way if you really want to, I previously didn't think this was possible.
