" Hi Mike When I started the VTS I had gained over a stone and a half in weight and was really unhappy in myself. After being naturally slim my whole life my confidence was low and I didn't have any motivation. I also had anxiety and insomnia. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to incorporate the programme into my already busy life, as a single mum working full time.
