Hi Mike overall good week this week everything seems to be working good. Feel great and weight and measurements dropping like crazy. After 13 weeks have lost 30lbs in weight, 4 inches off my waist and have gained 2 inches on my arms. People have said how much I have changed and how well I look which really gave me a kick up the arse! JAMIE MALLINDER. Hi mike, well final check-in for stage 1 and to have lost nearly 3 stone in weight and over 6 inches off my waist in only 12 weeks is a huge positive for me! It's hard to believe as to be honest I would have been happy losing 1 stone! Lol can't remember feeling this healthy for a long time, it's changed the way I'm going to live my life from now on, new baby here in 6 weeks got myself in shape for the trials of being a new dad ???? thanks mike for everything u have done, big virtual handshake and pat on the back from me.
